First news for 2006 - Three Kingdoms Challenge 3: Thumpin' in the Terrace

29 January 200 As I begin writing the news and plans for the next Three Kingdoms Challenge, I am reminded of what a wonderful weekend was had this past March! Many, many great games and a very good time had by all. THANK YOU ALL, AGAIN, for those who played and helped and had a great time at the second annual Three Kingdoms Challenge for the Gumpta Cup.

Our 2006 Tournament Champion was Yohann Miniere from Paris, France and his very French Human team. Yohann was tested by all challengers with especially great matches with Ken Washington, the first TKC champion, and Dio Carrera from Miami, who failed a Go For It on the goal line for what would have been the winning touchdown. Well done Yohann!

And showing that some serious Blood Bowl is stilled played in Northern Virginia, Chris Gragg this time playing Undead team, was once again runner up. Chris also plays in the FNBBL (Friday Night Blood Bowl League) along with Ken, Marcus, and past TKC coaches so it sounds like a lot of political frustration is still being worked out in that league...!

AND NOW ON TO PLANS FOR THE 2006 THREE KINGDOMS CHALLENGE: THUMPIN' IN THE TERRACE

In the days ahead, I will be posting updates for the rules, contests, and special info like hotels and food. Please email me, Jim Lanier, with any questions you may have or rules you would like to see.

Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing everyone in March
